PUP using flashbulb + ninja tank = win

WHM using flash + regen + cure + haste + ninja tank = more win

Depends on the party really. Rdm + Brd + Whm, a bit heavy on support unless you're doing KRT (and why would you be in KRT with a nin?), and despite the fact that the job doesn't stand as among the top 3 DD, the damage is still passable. Then add support based on what type of party set up you have (flashbulb is a must, mage puppet against non fliers for added debuffs + spam tier 2's and 3's, ranger puppet against mobs weak to ranged), and it gets the job done.

Funny story behind it, I have Xolotl at like 3%, as my whole PT wipes around me due to charm, and as I uncharm, I kill him, lot on Kote (somehow got hat too) like the second I die. If I had died a second earlier probably would have autoed to a BRD or something. >.>

Oh yeah, and so Im still on topic, comparitively PUP is horrible.

I like PUP, mines still 41 and I probably won't lvl it again till AF+attachments+frames come out. It HAS potential, DRG started off good and got worse, but as Enitsu said - PUP was crap from the beginning, THERE'S ONLY UP NOW.
