LordWalik has finished dagger and didn't have all the best gear for thf yet, and I don't think he still has, so who gives a shit about gear. He has two HQ staves which I am assuming they are the ones he uses the most.

/THF sub doesnt have Assassin so it doesn't transfer hate. All those SAM/THFs are a waste of a spot and a main THF should replace them at all times cause THF also has Treasure Hunter.

I was in a Caederva Mire party with a JP chick THF who was popping 1100-1200 shark bites every 60 seconds.

I think the problem THFs face is that there are so many tards out there playing the job. Much like BLM sadly

I have been in several partys with gimp/clueless THFs who thought they were doing great cuz they never missed a SC, even though their Shark Bites were only doing 200 damage

Honestly I enjoy that. Until I get some more hecatomb and Homam body I don't think I have the acc/attack to make a huge difference from what I've been doing. So the fights are boring. I actually elect to sit out (Edit: at Kirin), once I'm done with the gods I say I'm afk until last 15%, we usually have plenty of people wanting slots so it really just makes things easier overall.

Um, that only applies to Cardarva Mire, and its a 25% dmg bonus. Unless you were refering to Qutrub who take double damage, but have twice as much HP to compensate for it.

Wtf Shark Bite? I pop out 800-1000k DE's without SA or TA regularly, SA and TA hit for 350-450 once a minute. I'm up to having over 90% acc, 622 attack (depending on bard merits) and 9% haste with 10% Triple and 5% Double attack. Thief actually has the capability to DD, unlike a lolmeleerdm or lolmeleesmn.

HQ staff = -3 perp cost to avatar, only get -2 perp cost with NQ, so you are kinda right. But I consider HQ in this case to be much more important than in most cases. Especially since HQ staves aren't very expensive.


And you forgot to add after the THF are invited and the alliance still gets shit drops: "YOUR TH FAILS, YOU ARE FIRED"
