1. Pickup- this is the kind where party leader is totally warranted to be as picky as he wants, he took the initiative to start a party. Call him a dick or w/e, instead of bitching go start your own meripo.

2. Friend/LS- This is the kind of party done between ls events for a short time, often featuring a member whos actually trying to work on their buffer. People are mostly just killing time. This kind of party is what i expect Vipey or w/e his name is was in. Later that night, all these guys he was xping with got a real merit party going.

The idiot galka SMN seems to think he is being invited into #1.. which he isn't. He is getting #2.. lol @ at dual meanings


#1 There are about 6 people that would get me to come to one of these on my bard... and they all have E-body + Riddle or have 150+ merits
#2 is what I generally do with a couple of LS BLMs, or get invited on my wtfBST for. (YAY Friends!)

Why would you invite a smn for a DD in TP burn? I have nothing against the smn job, but their methods of doing dmg isn't compatible with tp burn, TP burn is dmg and self sufficiency. That's why you sub nin and reduce your support jobs to what is needed.

For a normal TANK 2x SC/DC BLM Refresher Healer party you could replace the Healer with a smn if the rerfresher was rdm. For this setup drk/war works well too.

Eaglestrike, why do you actually care, he is not in your LS, he doesn't bother you or compete against you in parties. Fine great your on same server, don't invite him to your megaburn parties.

First, he's a baby and cries if I ever go after him in Ballista, so he's not exactly on my list of cool people.

Second, Shiva has very few relic weapons NA-wise. I think we have like, two? One is actually in his LS but he started early and got a lot of cheaper coins. The fact he's slowing us all down even more for something that doesn't really help anyone but himself is

2. How is he slowing you down, if someone puts a coin in their baazar and he gets to it first, it's his. If your in his LS then that's a different story if he is slowing you down, but from the sound of it, your not. Should I get mad at the other 21 people that finished relics before me on my server, or the other 10 that are on final now slowing me down or horriding currency. Nope, I'm extremely happy when someone completes relic, because I have been there, know the pains, the long quest, etc. EVEN if I hate them.

2) Eh, the gear I can still get not only costs MILLIONS per piece but is quite rare. I'm 0/26 attempting to get HQ heca feet crafted with 3 breaks. Hecatomb+1 and then Cerby mantle +1 (cause those are sold so often...) are pretty much the only non-rare/ex gear left for my thief.

4) My NM is blm/whm/brd, someone told me that means he's really hard but I'd imagine mnk/drk/sam/war/nin/smn would be much harder ones, much like other Dynamis mobs. I've been really lucky on windy currency and windy runs lately, I've gotten nearly 900 windy in the past 3 weeks lol...
