Read the whole thread and you'll see that I was doing this FROM MY FRIEND'S ACCOUNT, and that's why I blacked the name out. I've never hid my ingame character name in any other screenshots I've ever posted

c) Going to Justinius
d) Watching the Cutscene again from the Goblin Footprint
e) Going to the palace in Ru'Lude Gardens
f) Clicking the Luminous Convergence and Transcendental Radiance

None of that worked yet. If I can find some help to get past all the aggroing shit in the palace/garden I'll try to go up the towers tonight. d) was really frustrating, because you can see Ulmia saying "Hey, here's this ring. please take it" but then no ring

Try telling the GM the npc is bugged or something. That she tells you here's the ring, but not adding it to your inventory.

No they don't, Ulmia gives it to you when you check the door in the Grand Palace.

Again to me it's still pretty clear that GM didn't know what they were talking about and there's no way to get back that ring, CoP ring, DM earring etc.

However if you really want to verify if there is or isn't a way, the best way would probably be to datamine the .DATs for dialogues, like people do after each update. Search for something like the word ring, etc. If anything could really make you get those rings or tavnazia's ring again, it wouldn't just appear in your inventory again without at least a line of text to explain it.

I just asked a GM. The GM said that you can't get that ring back. I ask about some other way of getting it, and he said there wasn't anything I could do.

I get the impression that the GM may have asked around or went to double check something in that 4-5 minute wait. A lot of 'good' techs may actually investigate before telling a customer bullshit. *shrug*

Maybe Strange Apparatus has a secret function? ['matter replication'] or something like that? Maybe if you rewatch every cutscene in order [lol]. If there really is something, I can see this being as odd and convoluted a thread as Parade Gorget or AV.

But really, you'd need a developer to answer this question validly, Asking a GM about it is like asking a car salesman what brand of machine they use to make the tires in the factory. They could check, If they cared to.

I know you can get stone back and not dagger, just test subjects to see if GM was stupid or not, but they say nothing..
