I think the thing that actually bothers me the most is how these middle-eastern countries get their children involved in holding up signs of terrorists and dancing in the streets when they capture/kill an opposing country's soldier.

I remember when 9/11 happened and they showed the reaction of people in the middle east...they were fucking dancing in the street like they won the lottery or something.

I know, but honestly, I have no emotion towards them despite the fact one of the countries is my ethnic background. Looking at them fight is like watching 2 babies fight over a peice of candy, hence the "Grow up" feeling I get as I see them blow eachother up.

So what we have is one country capturing prisoners to trade with the other country who had prisoners, and then the other country goes on massacre. Just a waste of life, and human resources.

I understand there's a long history that they feel they cant overwrite, but it's kind of like in FFXI's drama scene, once you take a step out and look from the outside in, you see both sides as losers.

I used to be vocal about the war, mostly pro-israel and pro-usa... but now I just don't even care... it's not that I think what we are doing is necessarily the wrong thing, I just choose to no longer give a fuck about the middle east and what happens to the countries in that region. It's a lost cause imo, nothing will change EVER unless you get rid of Islam and Judaism ~ not gonna happen.

I recall we gave Japan ample warning to sit the fuck down before we dropped those bombs. And look, it effectively ended the war after they saw they shouldn't have messed with us. I'm not saying it's right, but the war could have easily dragged on a few more years.
