I don't believe they staged the horrific scenes on the video, they were clips. This is a reality, Rise Against simply shows the world what we don't see.

Oh come on - they want to make money. So do PETA. The best way for them to do it is to stay in the news. And yes, PETA has staged horrific violence against animals. They think it was a sacrifice to be made for their cause, and thus justifiable. But again, whatever.

Everything rots in the ground when it dies, killing something is wrong. On the other hand, killing an animal is like killing a human being, maybe killing humans isn't wrong?

There's a fine line between killing something for sustenance and killing something for no reason. Oh wait, it's more like a mile wide, and flashing neon green line. Bottom line is that we are on top of the food chain in most situations, and thus we make the rules. There are plenty enough animals in nature that only kill things - that's their entire way of life. Jesus, do you people even think before you speak?

It's a personal choice, end of story. There's nothing concisely wrong or right about it, it comes down to who you are and what you believe in. I just don't want PETA cramming their preachings down everyone's throats.

Most of that video I understand is just how things are, but what the hell was with the dog in the garbage truck? That's what made me sick to my stomach :/
