Not meaning to rain on your parade, but linkshells run cities with those kind of numbers (and smaller) on a fairly regular basis.

We've seen people do Windurst with 6 people and walk out with 1-2 AF2 and 150 coins.

As long as you have an experienced puller, the cities are easy since you only have to deal with 1-2 stones and 2-4 mobs per pull. Any reasonably intelligent BLM can solo a stone, and any BRD or RDM can manage to keep 2-3 mobs asleep. The rest just comes down to having a tank and somebody to kill stuff.

For Beaucedine, if all you want to do is clear there shouldn't be any problems. We've done runs where a group of 18 people clears the way to the boss (Yag + Quad + Orc) while another group with everyone else kills Goblins and then farms mobs in the Hydra area.

Honestly for Cities, all you need is 1 Tank, 1 Puller (can be any job), 1 Healer, 1 Sleeper, 1 BLM to kill stones, and 1 Melee/DD. Anything beyond that is just extra firepower (or dead weight/lag, if you choose to look at it that way, sometimes less is more).

I'm curious as to what zone would be recommended with nin,thf,whm,brd and either a rdm or blm. I've considered taking my 2nd account and either leveling up brd or blm on it to 2box.

I'm looking at getting 6-12 people together for a midnight PST run mon/tue nights and aim for 50+ currency, preferably sandoria because bronzepiece bazaar price @ 70k ea is ridiculous. Stuff like the 3mnk spawn seems a bit scary at the get-go with such low numbers. That being said i'd rather get my ass kicked in dynamis and have 15 coins to show for it instead of paying bazaar rates.

I've heard jeuno is good to try with low numbers, don't care much about getting the clear or tons of extensions - just need respectable dps and job distribution where the loss of 1-2 people doesn't mean a wipe or the run is over.

FYI...Wyrmal Legs + Mazurka can make you run up cliffsides.
