Costs them $15/mo per extra LS member they run (in addition to hardware and personnel costs)Originally Posted by TsingTao
If you need 25 toons to 24/7 Sea, that's $375/mo on characters alone. Then you have to compensate the 5-10 rice-hungry farmers that run all these characters, another $500 or so? Then you have to purchase and maintain all the hardware.
By the time you're done, you basically have to farm 2-3 JLo a month just to cover costs.
Well the good part about this is, if someone asks "is ix'drg deed used for popping prudence?" I can just go EVEN THE RMT CAN KILL JOL AND YOU DONT KNOW?
Don't tell anyone I dont know anything about sky pop items
Well if it really does end up to be not worth their time I guess that's one way to keep gil sellers out of end game >_>
It just proves my point that you can do anything in this game with the right jobs and a decent strategy as long as everyone follows the strategy and executes.
Maybe it's a Rune sword!
gogogogo mpk with prudence
Well, at least this doesn't seem quite so bad. It's hard for them to monopolize sea. What are they going to do, hog temperance?
It's not like J-lo is hard and i'm sure some tardbuckets on said server were nice enough to walk said RMT's though it all.
When they can kill AV, call me. For now, even as fustratingly annoying as sea's pop system is, RMT's who have all the time in the world can make use of it. Take heart, if AV pops, you can watch them delevel to 70 and below.
And then steal it!Originally Posted by Sixtail

As far as I know, there are no RMT on Bahamut that have Sea access. I can tell you that there are hundreds of new ones everywhere.
And yes, lol @ the gilsellers who try to make their names sound legit or NA but end up looking even more obvious. According to Bahamut gilsellers, just add "baby" or "girl" to the end of any other word and you should be well under the radar.
Which makes me wonder if they've discovered the secret to virtual boobs yet.Originally Posted by Daahan

Thank God Bismarck is not like this...Currently, only a handful of gilsellers are making a push towards sea (a pack of BLMs was spotted @ Ouryu BC), and even our Ulli isn't 24/7 camped.
What surprises me, is that most of these gilsellers have upgraded their gear? This point was brought up in another "gilsellers do this" thread, but I don't remember any responses as to why a gilseller would use a SH+1 (for instance) instead of selling it for 9m.
They pimp out their gear as much as they can so they can look more legit.Originally Posted by Tyr
Instead of a NIN gilseller wearing AF1 body and a Rainbow Headband, they make an effort to get the SH and the Optical Hat so they blend in more.
gil sites only buy a certain amount of gil at a time to avoid being overstocked. they're literally making so much gil that they can't sell that they have excess to upgrade gear.
I'm sure they already have more than enough gilsellers assigned to kirin+gods like our server doesOriginally Posted by aurik

A pack of BLM gilsellers on Bismarck beat CoP. They were spotted with Tamas Rings. And one set of gilfarmers are only up at Ulli when it's due to spawn. We were there one time when they kept accussing people of MPK and saying "GM call" then one of them mistelled something in broken English which basically stated they didn't even know how to call a GM.![]()
Yup. Also note that a lot of stuff they farm are craftable items. Plus when there's no more money to be made, then they can sell said characters to idiots for a final lump sum.Originally Posted by chilicheese
