In Ohio, what they did was legal, not safe, but legal. They would have been kicked off the range for the day probably for unsafe behavior, but no laws were technically broken. If the state/range permits 25mm shells, then there isnt a problem with the round. Also, alot of avid shooters sport custom rifles (myself included), and as long as the shooter and the weapon are safe, then there isn't a problem.Originally Posted by Fhqwghads
Depending on where these jackasses lived, its possible that the gun could be confiscated due to its undafe nature, but I doubt it. There is a shit load of red tape for law officers to go through when confiscating a weapon when no criminal charges are filed against the owner. The NRA would be all over them like flies on horseshit for confiscating a firearm of a law abiding citizen w/o reasonable justification.
