Yesterday there were about 5 parties in rolanberry fields, level 22-25, no subjobs, all rank 1 on Gilgamesh, and about 60 subjobless rank 1 wierd named people in Valkurm...

As Luke said, hoards of them are leveling on Carby. Noticing a large trend of crafting RMT's as well. Shehei, pies...it's so obivious on the sold list.

Not sure the status recently, but a few weeks ago, people were mentioning that NQ Amemet Mantles were climbing (up to 100k or so). The -kings have a Leather mule (forgot the name, it's always AFK by Jeuno AH. Benediction maybe?), so they don't even bother to sell the skins and so they have a monopoly on both the supply AND the final product now.

I have a friend who tried to do this, about 3 weeks ago... he was pissed at the price of skins, and his ( lol ) horrible HQ rate on the mantles... so he attempted to force the price of NQ mantles up to 200k ( maybe it was 300k w ) and loaded the sale history, with sales around or at that price...

Sad to say... his attempt to alter the pricing on the mantles... lead to a flood of NQ mantles showing up on the AH, and not one of his ( or anyone else's ) mantles sold at that price range...

I think NQs are riding the price of 9k(ish) to under 20k(ish) price range...

/sigh... Gil Sellers have one thing going for them... they KNOW how to make the gil in this game ...

This isn't the same. The RMT have a stranglehold on skins ... and craft them themselves. It's not about loading the price history, they SET the price because they don't have any competition making mantles because the competition (non-RMT) cannot get skins. In some ways ... it's kind of how crafters SHOULD do stuff (not crash NQ market) ... but it still sucks.

Yeah I see them doing elemental tools. The fun part is I have zero issues with undercutting the living fuck out of them if necessary.

The other thing I noticed was what they were purchasing. A few weeks ago I saw on the history a gil farmer buying 8 Warp scrolls in 15 minutes...
