I can only hope they did this cause they are adding windowed mode (most people would stick with windower for the extra features) next update. Would make sense since it's 72 hours before the update but I doubt it. If they did it in hopes to scare people from windowing their game alltogether...

Well, all in all SE isnt banning everyone that were caught within the last 2 months using programs.

My RL friend called me this morning and was pissed. He was playing and got booted out of the game. When he tried to log back in the message he got was the perm ban. About 2 weeks ago he got caught using fleetool and was suspended for 3 days. The GM told him to uninstall the 3rd party programs and everything would be cool. He did all that and now he basically got fucked over.

Although, another guy in my ls got suspended for using fleetool about 4 weeks ago. He is playing right now. Why did SE not ban his account, even though the period of suspension was close in time?

Back to my RL friend.... he called and waited to talk to SE for a hour this morning. Finally got them on the phone and all the guy could tell him was he would get a letter in the mail. The suppost guys didnt know what was going on. My friend asked him why the fuck he answered the phone if he didnt know what was going on, lol. Told the SE guy to take off the rest of the day and go home and not to answer any more phone calls today because hes a stupid fuck and doesnt know whats going on.

My ffxi resolution is 1024x768 with a desktop of 1280x1024.. not banned.

Movement enhancing tools are used by RMT to get around sky, to do ENM, and to kite while manaburning stuff.

People want SE to fight RMT.. they are hitting gilsellers hard in two ways this month.. you people should be happy.
