While I'm against all these haxs, and there is no reason why you shouldn't know your melee's TP and MP. In my eyes someone telling you(in game chat or teamspeak) something is not a hax, but doing something that takes advantage of gameplay is.

If you're refering to me, I only played on PS2. My computer sucks, I've never played any games on it other than like Solitaire. I'm a Final Fantasy fan who got the game on PS2 for the title, really. After two years in it, I decided I didn't really like the type of people who played video games on computers, online especially. But I can't help coming back to these boards, like a horrible car accident I can't look away from.

The TP a little, the map alot. If you refer to my previous post, telling me people at BG won't agree with me doesn't really rile me up. It is what it is. Windowing is one thing, but if you were supposed to see what other people's TP was, and where exactly you were in a zone you may or may not have a map to, it woulda been programed that way. Is that a reason to ban people? Nah, but once you say "Holy shit! This is way more easier than before, I wonder what else I can find..." it's pretty straightforward what follows.

If SE woulda had it windowed right away this wouldn't have happened. Their own fault really.

Arguments like this are really stupid. The client sends data to the servers, and it's perfectly reasonable for them to add code that sends an extra packet to the server if somebody uses /console. Your analogy would be better off as, "I think SE can't see what clothes I'm wearing as I play, but little do I know they're watching me on webcam".

actually, I'm betting TP info was left out because they ran out of GUI room on the already cramped PS2 interface, not cause they didn't want you to see it. fwiw tho, TParty, that brd/rng distance plugin, etc, are cheats in my book.
