1 line can tell SE if your game res and screen res are different, and inside the game could possibly be some sort of message system that clients never see.

I've been using Windower since the day it came out and fiddled with other hacks here and there. I've never been suspended or jailed for cheating, but I'm very discreet about it. One thing I've noticed "in game" people tend to think they are 31337 for having working hacks and displaying them for their friends or using them to benefit the LS. The latter seems to be more acceptable.

Two tips I can give to remain nameless in SE DB: 1) Always have windower set to display game the same as your screen resolution. 2) STFU about your hacks, no matter what.

In retrospect:

A) Best case scenario would be to leave it as PS2 only.

B) Second best case scenario would be to allow the PC version to be windowed normally.

I don't blame regular folks for wanting to look at something other than FFXI while they're logged in, but that led to bots and warp hacks, which are clearly bad, and things like seeing other people's TP and alliance MP, which just puts those that do have those programs at a minor advantage over those that do.

Oh well. C'est le vie.

Bots/warp hacks don't exist because people have a desire to minimize the game; they exist because people want in-game goals to be easier to achieve. The windower did not beget bots or the desire to use them, although it probably does make it easier for the average joe schmoe to get fleetool up and running.

Yeah, both of my accounts are suspended. lol about time this came my way, I used FleeTool and POS here and there for almost 2 years now without getting ever caught, just shows how retarded SE is.

Oh yeah, don't know if this works, but before I quit, me and 2 other buddies made an "assault static" and we would just POS through Assaults and whore out the items on the Auction House. Example on the Mamool Ja one, just hyper speed throught the door and it would take about 1 minute and you get one of those shiny Antivenom Earrings (made me like 15m). so go go whore those out lol
