I've spent more time duoing princes with a friend than fighting Flans in any capacity. Princes are safer than flans and generally less contested. They are also higher level, so better xp (though no aspir).

I haven't gone there since the patch due to my friend being on vacation, hopefully the addition of full blown wamouras doesn't change xp viability.

The best way to get rid of TP burn parties on flans is to group up with another BLM and drag a couple over to the other party so they keep sharing HP.

Well, it's bound to happen considering it already lost the novelty factor, and that you wont get more than 300k a run (barely worth the time/xp to gather). However, if they ninja'd the drop rate, it might go back to the old price eventually.

Seeing as there hasn't been an update for them to ninjanerf within, I wouldn't be surprised if Talons (And, for that matter, VClaws) had a sort of "pool" that slowly regenerates.

Back on topic, we took the long walk out to Navukgo Execution Chamber to do some ISNM75.

Battle name: Happy Caster
NM: Two-Faced Flan
Moves: normal Flan moves + Bindga
Special Move: Xenoglossia, seems to make its next spell instant-cast

Its *ga3 spells land for around 600-700. Be sure to bring a few WHM and /WHM jobs for Curaga, and a couple ppl who can stun (we had BLU and BLM)

Drops of note: Mensur Epee, Arakan Samue, Khroma Ore

If anybody comes across a Sanguine Sword in ISNM battle please make sure to post which it comes from. I don't even know if it comes from ISNM battle or a regular nm, but there still hasn't been any information posted on the sword, and since there's no hq it's most likely not crafted.

According to Elemen, it drops form lv60 Tough Nut to Crack in the area in zhayolm.
