This idea was okay, but they should have made the items you have to get Rare/EX and obtainable by touching a ??? and it pops an NM, and drops several of them. (Like that NM in Delkfutt's)

Make it a scavenger hunt or something, I don't fucking care.

It's for that reason that there has to be some easier way to obtain, either that or SE intended these to be specifically farmed and items sold. I think it's probably something simpler that we just haven't found a way yet.

Someone mentioned above, no ones commented yet but I'm guessing probably not. Does the AF3 NM drop the cloak too? You could farm him with a 2+ppl (popper DCs) method ala Frentic Rip Imp NM.

Can a mage not simply sleep/nuke them? And where are they? And as Kuno said, BLU AF is shit except the body which is still shit but the only thing in the game with +BLU so we're going to use it anyway.

They're undead. If you want to do nuke->sleep... might want to bring a bard. On the way to getting the Ilrusi SP for AF1 a few days ago, I and a few others had to go by these. They were really nasty (couldn't kill them, had lots of trouble getting by w/o aggro), however, they never meleed once. All they did was cast. If they weren't casting, they stood there, watching you (or chased if you were running). They could certainly be done in a nuke style fight. Though, in my experience, once you start damaging BLM/RNG mobs, they decide to melee when they're lower than a certian % (think it's either 50 or 70, forgot)

8 in 2hours with TH2, i broke 6 of them. You should def bring a thief, without i couldnt even image how shitty

Drop was about 0/30 before TH, now we are 3/20ish with TH3.
