after getting your pansy blue booties, wait a RL day and then talk to the Imperial Livery girl again. This starts a CS with the elvaan who gives you 3 choices of items for him to make, and 3 different recepies that include 4 items and an imperial currency payment amount. Have to wait between crafting recepies, but im not sure how long, either a vanadiel day or a RL day, but id guess vanadiel since pup can get their full AF.

Waoud also triggers a CS for the hat, which involves a fight with one of the new mindflayer looking mobs.

It's too bad they didn't release this garbage 3 months ago so I could have actually used it. Now that I'm 75 with Homam, it's all shit except the 15 BLU on the body, which isn't worth wasting 5 moghouse spots.

If you say 15 skill isnt worth wearing, you're a goof with no concept of this game. Particularly no idea how to play a mage.

Do you store all of your RDM af, since only your body, and hat at times are the only good pieces? Same logic here with BLU body, it frikin owns, because it modifies any aspect of a DD spell and magical spell, that +15 acc doesnt effect(homam), (like duration, and power).

Hi I like to attack faster but do less damage and mp sucks for most jobs except for a galka bard powerleveling their friends.

I would, and macro in Body for Enfeebs/Sleep as needed. +15 Acc and Triple Attack is too good to pass up for normal DoT. <.<

Blue magic skill unfortunatly doesn't effect our physical magic damage, instead the level of the weapon in our main hand does. As far as the +15 would go would be landing things like frightful roar more often, and debuffs from spells like radiant breath.

Actually theres a theory that Blue Magic Skill affects the DMG rating up to a cap since phys blu magic is essentially a WS.
