We just did Periqia. Easy as hell, except you only have 15 mins, there are a lot of aggro fish around, the map is huge, and you ahve to find the guy, he warps about every 20% or so. He's just a normal imp. We lost on our first try because we ran out of time, we couldn't find him because the map is so big.

Things we found out: it doesn't show up on wide scan.

Second try: blm blm blm blm rdm/rng smn. just nuked the crap out of him until he warped, then found him again and nuked the crap out of him more till he died.

Leujaoam Sanctum lvl 4, Shanarha Grass Conservation.

VERY easy, just kill all the rabbits.

Trio'd it, got 2k IS(non leader)

Another very easy mission.

Trio'd with nin mnk whm.

Light the 3 lamps at the same time (so split up). Locations are in SE corner, and other 2 are in SW side, just avoid the dragons.

Apparently, any. Just fill the thing up. For what it's worth, the order I used was 3-2-1-4-5-3. Again, I think any order works for the rankup, I don't know if maybe the reward you recieve changes depending on how well you mix the stuff. All 6 people in my group got 4 mythril coins though.

Platinum. I'd guess that maybe if you stopped at "looks like mythril" or maybe gold stage you might get more at the end? I donno.

I only put in 5 tubes and stopped at Platinum. I didn't want to see if adding in the 6th beyond that would screw it up.

Here's what happened for me when it came to getting the LC Wildcat Badge:

1st tube was very faint.
2nd tube was same color as test tube 4.
3rd tube was clearly very dense.
4th tube's color was 3 times greater than test tube 1.
5th tube's color was half of test tube 3.

I guessed that 2 and 4 had greater densities than 5.
I put in a combination of #2, #3, and #4, put in each twice.

The reaction was shining like "luminium". I received LC Wildcat Badge and 2 gold coins.

I figured that would be the case Jeryhn. If someone could try doing all 3x 3s (the heaviest one), and then 3x 2 or 4 (the second heaviest), and see if it makes something higher than luminum (the order is mythril, gold, platinum, luminum i think), you might be able to get more than two gold coins.

I went out this morning and collected all the samples. I took them back and was asked which samples to add first. I ended up with gold. The lady then told me she would report what was made to Naja Salaheem. I have since went back talked to the guy who gave the quest, and Naja and both don't say anything. I even waited 1 ingame day before talking to each again and the lady who still says she will report to Naja.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You're supposed to be talking to the guy in Naja's office who gave you the quest (Mercenary Assessment NPC).

If I recall correctly, you can only take two samples from one tube.
Therefore, you take two samples from the three tubes with the heaviest density (for a total of six).

You can poor 1/3 of each testtube into the mix... So you could do 3x #3, then 3x of whatever else. I was thinking for #2 or #4 (3x as heavy as #1) that #1 was "next to nothing". 3 x 0 is still 0. So perhaps #5, which is half as dense as 3, might be the way to go.

zone out and back in and u should get a CS upon entering the Sentinels a game day after mixing the chemicals.

After mixing the things together, you need to zone and go back to Naja's assistant the next game day in my experience. Edit: I'm not even sure it matters what you mix as the CS doesn't even mention it when you get promoted. Several people in my group mixed different results.



As for actual Assaults, we went in with 6 people for each:

Shooting Down the Baron
Relatively simple, find the Imp "Black Baron" and kill him. He will occasionally warp to another part of the map. The fish in the area are sleepable.


Breaking Morale
Find coffers and open them, return the contents to the start NPC without the mobs seeing you. The Mamool Trainees will attack you while the mage one simply gives some text in /say and transports you to jail. Sneak/Invis are ineffective. Within the jail, there's some liquid you can drink to turn into a mamool which allows you to sneak around, but it drains HP.


Shanarha Grass Conservation
Kill all the rabbits in the area. I'd estimate they have ~1600hp, and they don't link. Pretty straightforward.

no you can take 3 from one tube.

Yea I did. Here's the steps I took.

1. Collected five samples
2. Took them to the lady to make the sample (ended up with platinum)
3. She said she would report the results to Naja
4. Went back and talked to the NPC guy who gave the quest, he said something about hope naja is happy and that's it
5. Went to talk to Naja still says what she been sayin for months (happy I walked in her door.)
6. Waited 1 ingame day and talked to the guy again and nothing.
7. Went back and talked to the alchemy lady who still says she'll report the results to Naja.

On another note. She said it will take a day. I don't know if this means 1 ingame day or 1 earth day. However I assume ingame since the topic creator said he did one of the new ones on the day of the update.
