Proteus (new Kraken NM)

Riding the boat up to Nashmau, I was half AFK on my 37 WHM but I noticed in my log:

"So-and-so was defeated by Proteus"
"Carbuncle was defeated by Proteus"
"Some-other-chump was defeated by Proteus"

So I ran upstairs and there was a Yellow/Blue Kraken [Impossible to guage!] that some SMN and BLM tried to take out. It was @ 95% which it quickly regenned and walked back outside.

Shortly after I took this screen, that resting WHM decided to Holy it for 2% dmg and proceeded to get 1-shot by its first Double Attack response (had damge filtered).

My LS and I just beat that NM like 4 hours ago on Midgar.

We were on our way to one of the new ENMs and this sucker popped. Since we had a full PT, this thing wasn't all that hard. Basically treat the NM as Charby since it triple attacks most of the time and keep Mambo up for the tank.

It dropped a Phantom Fleuret, + Acc, R.Acc, and Parry. Check Somepage for the details since I'm offline to check.

Tried taking proteus down last night, me on blm and friend on smn. Didn't go so well.
Afterwards the screen just flashed with people being defeated.
