Details on Current Known Issue (Jul. 25)

Since the implementaion of the latest version update on Jul. 24, 2006, the following issues have been discovered. Solutions to these issues are now being tested. Players will be informed as solutions are finalized.

The following issues have been discovered:
-An Issue where singing Raptor Mazurka or Chocobo Mazurka while Harlequin's Horn, Gjallarhorn, or Millenium Horn equipped would result in improper effect.
* This will be addressed on Jul. 26 2006.

Ullikummi popping once a day is not inconvenient, but being able to Mazurka at flee speeds is. S-E is run by Bizarro! They do not listen to us because we do not communicate with them in their own language. I will give it a try.

I'm hoping that they intended to give the harlequin's horn a boost, but just screwed up and gave it too much of one.

Honestly at this point I'ld be very disapointed in them if they didn't have it give a 12% boost or something since we know the programing exists for giving it a different movement rate than mazurka w/o harlequin's horn.

There is currently no difference in speed between Raptor and Chocobo Mazurka (that I could notice). Kind of defeats the purpose of having Chocobo Mazurka if a level 37 version is just as good (and has a "standard" recast time of 24 seconds)

I'm hoping that the horn still gives a movement speed boost.

The difference is that of comparing Crimson Cuisses and Mazurka. Although you are running faster than the person with the Cuisses, it still takes a little bit to catch up to them.

Someone bought out the AH of horns at 800k last night. I grabbed one from a bazaar for 2m. Heard this news today and put my horn on AH, sold for 3m. Thank god not everyone saw this 8)

I was so psyched to hear about the new BRD stuff, and it turns out 95% of it disappoints and they're gimping the 1 thing that made this update really great.

Doesn't "Troubadour" say: Double the effect of songs, but that effect is just length? maybe "effect" is that they didn't mean for Maz to be double'd in time and speed, so they are gonna take the +40 seconds outa the song when you use +2 horns.. I just find it odd that if this was a real mistake and they didnt mean for it be flee, thats a HUGE oversight. So lets hope they just are gonna fix the length... after all, we all thought Troubadour would bee uber for songs when it just makes em last longer...

Not to mention there is no difference between raptor + chocobo maz, aside the fact they made a lv37 song superior to a lv73 song. So I bet maz +2 horn is meant to make it faster and they are just gonna correct longevity issues tomorrow (and maybe nerf raptor). I will laugh if everyone who rushes to sell their horn regrets it tomorrow :D
