Killing a NM in Halvung called Farlarder the Shrewd. Pops behind the last 4 man lever door. I'll let you know what it drops when I kill it.

I'm looking at a NM called Devout Radol Ja @ I-7 in Mamook.

I'm stuck here cause I dont know if hes TS and my LS doesnt want to come kill D:.

Edit: Tried to pull him with silenced, had blink up, so dont know if he can be silenced, cant be slept, hit me for 0 then 120 with stoneskin / phalanx up ... seemed to attack very fast for using a staff. Gonna try and find some people and give him another try.

the "Hundredfaced" NM in mamook... pops 4 copies of himself when he casts utsusemi, the copies spam firespit, and he melees... maybe using firespit himself... we got owned pretty hard on our attempt and decided not to give it another go. at least, not til later when we have a good plan for it.

Just a couple additions: He spawns at F-8. We noticed that he runs very slowly, too, and is totally unsleepable with lullaby or sleepga (died before we could check it with ES though). It seems like kiting the copies is the way to go.

He's also constantly casting Utsusemi: Ichi as I type this and not getting any effect because Ni's already on. Noob mamool ja

Firespit damage is according to the amount of copies he has out.

Did you try any aga. If it's anywhere near the ISBC, almost any aga wipe the shadow (thundaga I and more)

Just fought it (talking about thisDevout Radol Ja NM) , dual boxed myself as rdm/drk and nin, and had a mnk/nin come along too ... he has autoregen but its not that strong, cant be silenced, cant be stuned, spams cure 5/curaga 4 on himself, did a crazy move that ate all my shadows and did 1k dmg, wiped at around 30%. Gonna try again in a bit if I can find some people.

(Also, the monk 2hred when I died on the NIN, and it did the 1kdmg move again, so 2 nin tanks might be best.)

Just killed the Hundredface Hapool Ja NM, it didn't have any drops or even a title lol. So much EXP lost

It seems what SE did was add tons of a monsters that effect the Besieged system, but with no reward, what a pain... they are very tricky monsters too and would be an excellent challenge but it looks like most people won't bother with them because reward vs exp loss.

That would be an avoid. 112 limit points and a fire crystal.

Don't be too quick to label an NM as one to avoid. The first AV kill dropped nothing, and the first Tiamat kill dropped only a fire crystal. It'll take several kills to figure out which really drop nothing, and which just have sucky drop rates.
