No one seems to know/wants to share info. on how to obtain Storm manopolas.
I know they are from assault.
My question is, must it be uncapped assault and is there a certain assault they drop from.

okay, that is definately 2 questions, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seagull Grounded, and as far as I'm aware, it shouldn't matter if the fight is capped or uncapped; it's just random as to whether or not the ??? gloves you can get from the Assault are them or not.
