Rofl, I know exactly who you're talking about. They're mostly girls, actually, but two people I know of that are notorious (or were), were Fira (not so much anymore) and Meo (addict).

We had someone apply to our LS awhile back; I won't say her name because it might embarrass her. Anyway, she used smileys alot, in particular:

etc.

The "8o" ones would be especially annoying because on FFXI the "8" and the "o" don't match up at all. Anyway, in her voting thread, alot of people said no and gave their reason as they didn't like all the annoying smileys she did lol.
