Hearing that besiged@midgard is completely broken. It's started but no mobs are appearing in the city and no one without warp or teleport can get out. I smell emergency mait!

It broke literally 5 seconds after I warped to Al Zhabi. I warp in, then everything freezes and I get a cut scene saying the enemy retreated behing the whatever line... Cut scene goes away, and everything is still locked up and NPC's all gone.

The trolls attacked non-stop yesterday on Diabolos... They'd retreat, and then start approaching again 2 minutes later. Happened about 6-7 times, probably, from noon until midnight.

I'd say there's a couple problems with Besieged at the moment.

Edit: Just saw the notes now. They apparently fixed that. A shame.

Has anyone had an attack since the Al Zahbi update? All 3 just sit at 99, occasionally fall to 98 and haven't attacked...like at all...since update.

This morning on Lakshmi we had all 3 attack in a row, last was undead. All our generals died in the course of the 3 back to backs, we fought undead down for like an hour and a half or so until there was only Lamia #9 and Medusa left. 30 minutes later lamia #9 finally died, and then it took 700 players like 45 minutes to kill Medusa... Who never retreated even though she was the last mob left.

3 hour long besieged for 700xp ftw...


*Edit: She was finally killed when a bunch of ninjas started using MG, getting raises, getting a random COR to reset their 2hrs, and doing it again, over and over and over. MG was hitting for like 300-700, everything else we were throwing at her was mostly hitting for 0(melee attacks) to 10(thundaga III's)

All our generals died in the course of the 3 back to backs, we fought undead down for like an hour and a half or so until there was only Lamia #9 and Medusa left. 30 minutes later lamia #9 finally died, and then it took 700 players like 45 minutes to kill Medusa... How much bonus xp would you have gotten in a 3 hr party? maexes at 15% but candy gets taken all the damn time now so lets say just 10% average. Then, in 3 hrs lets say a less than perfect party gets 10k xp an hour. So, is the around 3k bonus xp from having candy better than spending 3 hrs for 700 xp, when considering youd have to walk to the xp spots? Imo not getting candy back makes all the lazy people not want to go xp in ToAU since it requires effort to reach.

Since the emergency "GTFO OF ALZAHBI" maint the 3 forces have been sitting at 99 on Ifrit. My bet is Hydra is one of the shitty NMs that drop no worthwhile items but do affect beastman strength in besieged lol, and lucky for us, someone killed it.

So they'd been sitting at 99 for two days and decided to finally go ape shit.
Rughadjeen was missing to begin with.

Mamool ja killed zazarg and gadalar, undead took najelith.

My first encounted with undead since the update, taco+defender, Defense 760+, and medusa was scoring regular hits ranging up to and over 300 damage lol killed my ass 3 times, each time in under 20 seconds.

Now the trolls are on the way, what's this chit about? Since the update there's only been one solo attack. All 3 forces were sitting at 99 for 2 whole earth days and not moving, then decided to go all out in the middle of the friggn night.
