viewing blocked sites

I searched but couldn't find it, but I know I've read it in these forums...

What is a site that lets you view sites that might be blocked, like for instance at school, a way to get around the system?

I want to go on myspace but work just blocked it...

Unless it's a job search website, I wouldn't recommend trying to circumvent your office's network security.

Most blocking programs or whatever companies use to block certain websites involve the word Proxy. So if your site involves a proxy at all it will be blocked more than likely. My school has a blocking program that brings you to a page when you get blocked trying to go to a proxy that says:

You have been caught trying to get to a proxy. Your computer will be frozen for 5 minutes. Then the computer freezes up and you can easily get caught if your don't hard restart quickly. It's annoying.

well i'm home now and survived, ours just says its logged to a database with the IP but we use internet at work so much that people probably stumble across random things that are auto-filtered.

http://underrealms.com has a good proxy.. but my HS blocked that.. then i found somewhere on the internet that if you put an "s" after the 'http' you can go thru on some websites..

https://underrealms.com worked again!! my HS couldnt block it.. eventually i got in trouble and my pc account was suspended for.. get ready.. using GOOGLE..
