I know some people who don't need to be shitfaced drunk to act like a complete jackass. Instead, they use it as a tactic for getting attention, and even meeting people successfully while doing it! It's really bizarre. Getting drunk prior to committing such obscene behavior is just a bonus to them. I know I couldn't pull that off.
