Attachments?

I'm doing 300~400 with occasional 500 Howling Fist on imps. (mostly accuracy gear, Avengers, and just Pahluwan body) I have no H2H merits because I suck. Raging Fists has been blowing ass at 150~200 dmg usually.

I'm in full agreement with Enitsu about not engaging HNMs. With C skill, you're not going to be doing any damage to something like Cerberus or Kirin. It just won't happen considering the lack of a combination of skill/gear/stats. I'm fully expecting to be subbing whm again and playing backup healer like bard, but maintaining full control of what the Automaton is doing (as the job really should be). I must say, Retrieving and Deploying it to not let it fuck up a crucial skillchain when it has Inhibitor equipped is looking like a skill most PUPs are lacking. I know I'd get booted from the alliance if I let Mandarin String Clipper right in the middle of the Light SC on accident.

Problem is, this won't even be a consideration until I gather the more important of the attachments that make the automaton worth a slot in the alliance. Until then (and, on top of that, until my linkshell witnesses its capabilities because they are mostly pup-haters or at least act like it) I'm coming as bard to every frickin' raid. And, good God I'm tired of being bard, especially at crap like sea.

Just got done with my 2nd loss, 2/4 on wins but no drops yet =/ Wasted my time getting rid of the automatons instead of focusing on the Fantoccini. Went through 3x Valoredge and one Harlequin before he summoned a Sharpshot. Got Fantoccini to 1% before I died.

Sorry to hear that, everyone. We are all victims of the no drop club. I noticed that the prices on Fairy for the tier 2 attachments have now stablized at 200-500k each. I hope this propels SE to rethink how to acquire these ala the Imperial Silk Cloth because this is just ridiculous.

the ENM attachments aren't anything II, they're completely unique

Yeah, lol, he meant the "II" attachments... (i.e. Tension Spring II, Mana Tank II, et cetera) I haven't even heard of or seen any 'endgame' attachments being sold other than self-sales for pup-peen.

Isn't it like that with Wyverns too? But yes, they should address that because it can be quite annoying.

The DC-to-75 trolls don't drop attachments unless it's a really bad rate, I had a party EXP on them in the 60s and all we got were PUP tests.

And DRG wyverns have always done that. Here's a fucking idea, how about not walking around with your goddamned pet out when you're in Al Zahbi?

Hehe thanks guys for clarifying. I hope SE is really paying attention to this. They implemented the craft for the Imperial Silk because of the ridiculous price gouging. Why not for this? Its sad to watch all these rich lvl 10 PUPs buy these pieces for such high prices, knowing full well that they probably will not go past 40. They should have placed a lvl 40 limit on them (ie you must have the Turbo Animator to use them). I hope the update on the Aug 22nd at least gives us the recipes for them (with the ENM 60 pieces too - I'd glady farm any materials needed for those).

Something tells me that adding PUP to the list of Hydra's loldrops isn't going to help much. Gimpy DRG gear and a PUP attatchment isn't enough to get people interested :P
