Harlequinn frame again on enm#4, same basic fight/result. Really wanted a Target Marker to go with the Attuner for my xp spam to 75, but I'll take anything over another non-drop. Ill try to do some testing and post results tomorrow.

That cant be a factor since you are a Lv.0 thief sub until you leave the BC (thus you dont have treasure hunter) and the drops are determined before you leave.

Initial testing has this attachment doing NOTHING. Aside from the increased overload effect there is no other noticable influence this has on the puppet. Casting times are not changed, even with 3 ice maneuvers and attack times havent changed either. I even tried testing flashbulb recasts/etc. with no change, something is either broken with this attachment or its meant to do something other than have a haste effect.

The only thing this attachment seems to do atm is make it damn near impossible to have 3 stacked maneuvers up. Really disappointed that both this and the scanner are broken, SE needs to fix their damn ice based attachments. I'll keep trying some other tests later today, but right now it looks like this is another bugged attachment.

my thinking was that it would make your automaton react faster to commands i.e. a more instant result when u use a manvuer to get flash or voke etc. or that it would make shield bash faster in trying to stop a ws or something. (although that would seem rather trivial.)
