Is it now? Weskit gives 5% MAB and is pretty much a requirement for a serious end game BLM (Though know when to nuke in errant plzgod). Attuner can triple the attack of your attuner on an IT mob. Both impact your end game damage and yor ability to contribute to your party. The analogy is not too far off. Besides, as I said, at 3 million, that piece would have been snatched up quickly. I was also camping the ah for weeks to get one in case the enm60 failed to deliver. I do bet 10 bucks I get the Attuner tomorrow when I do the enm60. It would be delicious irony.

Weskit isn't that "OMG wow" when compared to an Errant. Elemental Staves are pretty much the only thing BLMs need. Then again, unlike PUP, you can do good without them. PUP is getting screwed because they NEED this stuff to not suck.

So, I made my first attempt at the ENM a few days ago. Prior to going in I read strategies on every which forum I could find, and I failed miserably. I understand that is most probably due to the fact that I got the harlequin frame.

My first time I used Valoredge head with Stormwalker body as my little healer and ran in hoping to tank both of them. I had hate on the maton (harlequin) and the Fantoccini. Basically, they fucked me up. And fast.

I'm gonna be going in again in a couple of days, I wanted to get some tips and perfected strategies from those of you who won. My most important question is: do you fight the Fantoccini yourself and use your maton as your 'helper', or vise-versa? Meaning, do you tank? Which head/frame do you use?

if he pops valoredge, attack it. You can kill it and he will summon a different one.

Copied once again from an earlier post of mine, this strat has not lost yet and has beaten multiple valoredge frames/harlequinn frames with very few problems:

1.Activate / Icarus wing / reraise earring / blink band when you enter. I would use a stoneskin torque as well, but no one on Asura bothers to make them.

2.Wait three minutes if you want so stoneskin cast is up on the puppet (I usually dont bother with this but you have plenty of time, a win usually takes no longer than 6-7 minutes).

3.Send in the puppet on the mannequin and let it get a few hits in, start a repair cycle. (you'll know in this section if its going to be easy or hard, the mannequin puppet will summon here).

4.Unless its a valoredge frame, leave the puppet attacking the mannequin and engage, its damage will add up and there's no reason to attack the mannequin's maton unless its a valoredge (If it's a Valoredge frame focus on it with your first WS and drop it). Use tp from the side or behind for full damage on Fanto when you start. Also, remember to pull back if its a stormwaker or sharpshot maton, makes the fight a joke other than the dice rolls.

5.You will most likely have hate for the duration of the fight, but its not solid, so a single voke from your puppet will draw hate away from you for either a WS or if you're in danger.

6.Spam high pots as needed and just smack Fanto (I use +3s) Make a macro for any meds as well, such as elixers and remedies. I usually keep a light maneuver active at all times so it will always cure if needed and spam flash. Dice roll tp moves are usually too quick to catch so I just spam flash every 45 seconds.

7.If your maton gets low on mp, use your 2 hour to give it manafont. I havent had to do this yet, but you might as well use it if you have to.

This is definitely prett ymuch the best strat out there, but even this wont save you vs harley/valor if you get shafted on the dice rolls. (And what's the point of reraising? He'll regen while you're dead, and once you're up, he'll just knock you down again.) On my last attempt, fanto got TP twice, got healed for 500+ HP, 2houred, and used a manuver (and finally got slapsticked to death by harley). The only thing he did for me was give me 100 TP just as I was using a WS, so instead of getting another one, I just WSed with 200 TP instead of 100. Carrying a shit ton of potions can salvage a fight going badly, but its not a sure thing, as I found. 2 wins, 6 attempts, 1 drop (Eraser). I would have won if he didn't get the cure dice (or if I got cure dice too).

And as for long term, my guess is 3 months before its a stable market. Most PUPs will start getting mostly duplicates to sell off in about 2 months, then around a month for stabilization.

Current Kujata TierIII AH History after 1 month:

1 Attuner self-sale (used up)
2 Target Marker self-sales (both used up)
1 Smoke Screen self-sale (used up)

That's not looking too good for even for a projected market stabilization in 5 or so months. 4 publicly noted drops, all spent by only 2 people, I asked the JP who got Target Marker/Smoke Screen and she said she used them ;(.

As for Kujata NA PUPs, I believe I'm the only one that I've heard of with any ENM drops(or wins?) thus far probably because I take the job a bit more serious than those other Jobists who are never on PUP to begin with, or they are just oblivious to the ENM rewards still, or for whatever casual-player reasons.

I'm still blown away by the fact that Toth managed to buy an Attuner off the AH already. That's either a PUP who doesn't care about being a PUP and wanted gil more than performance, or some really (un?)lucky guy who got 2/2 Attuner drops. I know I'd pay a couple mil for even the less-sought-after attachments, but alas, none are even reaching the AH without being used up like a scroll (just as I expected). I do realize with each PUP getting and using up a Tier III attachment increases the chance that their next one will be a repeat and end up on the market... but after a month I'm 2/8 after having rather good luck (by comparison) and only one loss (my own stupid fault).

Yeah I was surprised to see it too. I was actually camping the AH for a while to see if I could find it. After it was put up and no one bought it for 4 million+, I tried asking all the PUP 60s that were on if they were the sellers. Turns out the one who sold it was some obscure PUP I never heard of.

Won the ENM tonight. So easy when it uses Stormwalker. I brought 9 potions and I didn't even use one lol. It was so easy. It even got 2 300 TP bonuses and only did 150 damage to my maton. Still, no drop. 3/7 and one drop (a tact processor lol) total. If I had not bought that attuner, I would have seriously considered stopping leveling this job. Bad enough it is gimp as it is but this ENM BS totally ruins a lot of the fun. And for all those who say just wait another 5 days, you know as well as I do that when you are in the leveling mood and have a static, 5 days is too long.

Thank you for the strat doofy. It helped me a ton. I got the harlequin frame this time... not once, but twice. Third time it summoned the stormwalker so I was able to kill it.
