I got one for my blm long time ago, I love it lots. Have had no luck on Ix'DRK, had low lots on the virtue So I just wear this cape on RDM too. It has +Enhancing so meh

Back on topic, the cape is great but I don't think every single bard should be rushing out to get one. I still finding using a Jester's+1 or an Astute Cape depending on the situation, just fine.

I usually alternate between Blue cape and Jesters, so having them both in one would be cool. :D

Nope lol, it just happened to be once when my game glitched up. Every time I zoned there were different things floating around me. First it was the capes, then it was lightning bolts, and then some weird green boxes.

Should wear full Hecatomb so you can see how long your casting times and recast timers can be on BRD. Just to be as gimp as possible.
