Transfers your contagions to the enemy.

e.g. if you are poisoned, and use it, that effect will move onto the enemy.

Lets say the mob has Protect/Shell and you have Paralyze and Slow, you use that shield and the mobs buffs become yours and your debuffs transfer to the mob.

What is the range of the boosts?
