Not true. On HNM where Abs-TP works but has an annoying resist rate I would use this.

You would sacrifice 10% dmg to land abs-tp 2-3% more often? I can rarely land drain on blm with 300+ dark and a lot more int. I doubt a Drk could do better.

Somepage says it spawns in the northeast part of the second map, still fairly vague but its a start.

Well, 2 things.
First: Took a small group (PLD/NIN, NIN/WAR(Myself), RDM/BLM, and PLD/WAR) to kill Bloody Bones about 3 weeks ago. Fight isn't really that difficult until he gets lower in HP and begins to spam Dereliction(?), the MP/HP drain ability. He dropped nothing but a dark crystal iirc. :Edit: Bloody Bones is a DRK monster. He hits hard, 300-350 with no Protect on a 72 Ninja.

Second: After looking at scythes and seeing that there had been true sale of Blackjack, I decided to do a search on the person who had sold it. They are currently in Arrapago Reef, so it's a pretty good guess that Bloody Bones drops it. I'm gonna see about fighting him again, so we'll see.

It is bloody bones. It's been confirmed on lolalla. a guy i know here on shiva already has it and gave the info out about a week ago.

Has anyone found out if it drops anything other then the scythe? I've been trying to get people to kill it but no one really wants too so im having a hard time trying to find out
