That's interesting to read. I had thought they were speaking of the Hydra armor that drops in Dynamis-Taznazia but now it could be either way. Now, doesn't SE have in their ToA plans a desire to add multi-player Assaults later this year? That sounded conspiciously like some type of Dynamis.

Drk AF is the bane of our existance. We're guarenteed at least one drk dropping each run, although usually we get 2+. One time we got 3 in a single xarca run.

So it's not just my LS with that curse? I am not even exaggerating in any way at all when I say EVERY Limbus for us drops multiple DRG and/or BST items. And we get 1~2 BST and 1~2 DRG AF drops in dynamis most runs... I have a Mithra Mannequin with almost full bst and drg relic... :/

I seriously think AF2+limbus af upgrade item drops are inversely proportional to how many people actively play a job on a server - se's twisted sense of humor and feeble attempt at encouraging more job diversity.

Honestly, when this much AF is freelot its time to move to places where people ARENT maxxed out. PLD RNG DRG DRK WAR have great cape/belt/etc.

No? Newsflash, we have a whopping 3 people who actively play PLD, 1 of them quit FFXI, leaving 1, and another who just levels it for fun, not to pimp out.

We have a whole of 2 samurais

we have 1 DRG who already has full relic

we have 0 DRK

0 WAR aswell.

So they were never in demand items to begin with. Sad news, I think it's more than obvious that a mage will rarely get 5/5 mage AF2 in this LS, however we've done it once, our bard Saphirea got 6/6 BRD AF2, We have 2x RDM sitting on 4/5 RDM AF2, alot of blm on 2/5 or 3/5 AF2, same with most of our SMN. We have tons of RDM, SMN, BRD, BLM in the LS, also alot of them are multi job, so it's not like those AF2 arent in demand.

Hmmmm let's see though, you dont run my LS, I do. You want us to farm capes for our PLD who dont come as PLD, WAR for our people who dont come as WAR, while we got our 7th Duelist's chapeau in our last run which greatly affect how our LS works.

But yeah, lets flood into CoP zones where we can get more SMN capes (which you can conveniently now use assault points to get!) or more runs with under 60 coins when our last 2 Xarcabards gave us 500 and 400 coins respectively aswell as having 5+ AF2 per run.

Keep in mind Joey that not all dynamis LS's are like yours, we actually have good AF occasionally drop!

Then again we dont do dynamis soley for the AF2, we do it for fun, alot of people in my LS dont come for the AF2 anymore because they dont expect it, yet we have a nice turnout each week. AF2 plays a big part, but not the major part. Time/Efficiency/Fun plays a big part of where we go, and my whole LS loooooooooooves Xarca, and I'm not going to take them away from it because some emo on unicorn hates the fact we get AF2 practically ejaculated onto our faces.

We do have a ton of diverse jobs, who can equip them for their 70+ jobs, but since we go to zones as a manaburn LS, the rest is irrelivent. I'm sure alot of them also have jobs they havent told me about too, most people in my LS have 2-5 x 75 jobs, however the larger majority are 2-5x mage jobs.

Sure the valor surcoats were something special when the first.. 5 or so dropped, now it's boring. Hey we even had BRD af in jeuno freelot for the longest time, but now we got a few BRD on that one.

We still need plenty of AF from xarcabard. Nearly every person still has something to lot on in Xarc. I think the major exceptions are a RDM/DRG, a BRD (only), and me (MNK only).

On the other hand, rdm and blm relic from cop is lol-worthy and smn cape can be bought off the AH. So you can see why we still do Xarc. As "boring" as it is (and I don't think it's boring <_< and I don't even hardly do anything) people would rather run zones where AF they *want* will *drop*.

According to your sig, you need 3 more levels on your COR before you can do Dynamis. And it doesn't matter anyway since Wafik is letting ME go on Corsair to lot PLD AF.

I think its more fun wondering what the stats will be for AF+1.

I see 2 possibilities for BLU AF+1 body.

HP+20 MP+20 STR+6 DEX+6 Acc+5 Blue magic skill+15

or

HP+25 MP+25 STR+3 DEX+3 Spell interruption rate 12% Blue magic skill+15 MP recovered while healing+5

Wonder which one its going to be?
