Aye, some of the animation names are missing (in the case of Corsair), or inefficiently labeled (BLU). I just had a talk with Kilandor, eventually as those things become documented (I'll be working through BLU and Corsair first) they'll be implemented in a future release. Is there anything else you noticed missing Russta?

Mostly just the spell names. Some of them still aren't translated whereas some just have irrelevent names (like something being called "br_2" instead of it's real name).

Mainly because no one knows what animations go with what, I'd assume.

Besides obvious shit like Devotion/Martyr, that is.

I wouldn't call that obvious, I don't know what those look like. I'd say Paralyze/Slow/Blind/Phalanx II, Dia/Bio III, and the new BPs are more obvious for people who haven't seen them before in-game.

A few weapon skills aren't labeled correctly, like Tachi: Jinpu, Tachi: Kasha, and Gust Slash.

Overall, great app though.

The app window doesnt have a vertical slider if its not maximized >_>
If you up your resolution and maximize it you should see the rest of the options at the bottom of each tabbed page.

EDIT:
This app is addictive as hell, if they allow you to configure a target object so spell/ws animations come out properly - you could do all kinds of neat stuff with this app

I had to run 1600x1200 and just run it fullscreen, all the tabs/buttons were visible then >_>

Ehhh its a .ini that was posted on xoops somewhere, ill look for it tomorrow at work. If I didnt delete it from my work comp itll be on there, its really crappy looking though. Ever see the flyby of the chocobo circuit when toau was released? Looks like that but worse.

is there a way to pause, or slowdown the animations in this, similar to how MV can pause in the middle of a super cool pose?

And any other way to screen shot other than PrintScr

English AltanaView lets you pause if you go to the File menu.
I don't think the hotkey works yet. At least, it didn't work on my copy.

It also seems to pause when you open one of the menus on the menubar.

I used PrintScr to take shots.
