She does a big scene with the pardoning at first (where she reads from a sheet of paper sounding like a kindergartner), then proceeds to follow that up with a q&a with the media that was there to cover it, with 2 turkeys being fed into a machine alive to be beheaded, bled out, and carried away directly behind her.
