Hmm... He could get out of that in court no prob. At least in FL. There is no way to prove that his light was red, there could have been a delay or something. Some lights where I am have a little white light under them that turns on when the light is red, and if it's on, the light is red. Since the cop couldn't actually see the red light, he can't really prove it was red . Fun tips from living with a cop.*
