Billing System Error.

I tried to change my credit card info since I want it on a different CC. Everytime I try, it always says "System Error. Please wait a moment and try again later." I waited 30 mins, and keep resumbiting. Now, I try to activate a friends account to see if it was just something wrond with my character, but I got the same error with friends character.

Well, Im canceling the CC so by the end of this month I need to change the CC info D;.. I'm on hold atm POL costumer service to see If I can get a better answer.. If anyone has/had this problem tell me how to fix it now! ;x

Well I got ahold of SE and all he said was make sure the the clock of PoL and my computer are the same.. And they are..

A. Double check the CC number to make sure that it is correct. Sometimes you accidently transpose numbers.

B. Make sure that you have the correct 3 digit number from the back. POL has a shit storm if you don't enter it in correctly.

C. Make sure that you have no errors in the billing information for the card in your account info. When I try entering my CC into my Husband's account it causes problems.

D. If all else fails, your screwed sorry.

This happened to me once, and I called and asked them what was wrong.

Apparently from the time you enter the CC page, if you wait to long, make a mistake and go back, or its just being laggy that day. From that moment you click next and attempt to go to the next page and get the error, you have a 30 minute timer locking your account out from changes. The SE person I spoke with said it was to prevent account theft, but mostly its just annoying. The catch however is that every time you attempt to change it during those 30 minutes resets the timer. So you could be trying for hours and hours and hours and never be able to post your new CC.

Rule 1. To change personal details, update CC, activate/deactivate content ID, you should never use an Europeon account, over a US version of PlayOnline Viewer. And vice versa. Take care.

Solution to your problem:

If signed up with a US copy of the game. Find a US PlayOnline Viewer. If you signed up with an Europeon version of the game, find an EU PlayOnline Viewer.

Maybe it's something wrong with the Viewer?

I had system errors when I tried to change my card info once.. Re-installed POL and it worked after that.

From memory - there are 2 places you can change card details. One is on the login and the other is before you enter game and you have the Play option (Membership Services or something).

Try the other area from where you are trying - I had errors a while back and this worked.
