Correct me if I'm wrong but usually when I see people lagging they don't just teleport, they just run really fast between point A and point B, then stop, then run really fast again to the next spot. Then again I don't pay that close of attention but I thought that's how that would work under normal lag situations.

In dynamis, I see people stop and then teleport ahead (especially in some parts of Beaucedine). But its erratic, they will run normal, stop, teleport, stop, teleport, run fast, run normal, stop, teleport.

Its never just teleporting around.
