Also, in theory a non /nin messes things up, but in practice its the same net result for me ususally in the mire (bhaflau is different). RDM/WHM has too much mp when its all /NINs.

Oh and lol@people who think you shouldnt include wyverns in parses. You're right, you also shouldn't include avatars when considering SMN usefulness amirite?

you would have a lesser chance to pull hate as /war with high jump and super jump, so i really don't see a point to /nin unless its for Puk's aoe.

In all sincerity and honesty to the OP- IF your ls is working towards a relic, why in the WORLD would you pick a relic that won't help your LS as a whole. Wouldn't it be smarter to upgrade a horn or shield or sword for your main pld or brd?

As far as your interest in killing animated things.

Only killed horn and shield thus far, and both we just zerged and didn't have much of a problem with. Toss a couple 2 houring Mnks at it and warriors hacking away, and they fell pretty quick. Magic damage usually doesn't do much to them, at least the shield and horn they didn't, melee damage was the way to go. We had the Horn warp away from us 2x before we killed it, both times it was under 5% and warp cannot be stunned, we had stuns effect the horn, and it still warped away.

Spear helps the entire LS, the mob has to die somehow. All relics except club, staff, and arguably Gaxe, sword, Gsword, and Axe have a major beneficial effect on the entire LS.

The main thing holding DRGs back is shitty gear. Relic kinda remedies that.

Sword, well if you use DD PLDs yes it can be decent, but DD DRGs are better omg. Gaxe I have heard nothing but shitty results from.
