From the looks of the website the jails seem to differ in terms of what they offer as a last meal. Some of the people on the list were ordering a multitude of things, and from what I read some jails limited you to $20 for the food to make these items.

There's another blog or website somewhere that chronicles the job of a death row cook. Should try to find that.
