They way we do Fort (if I'm there) the tank could be kiting in Dusk if he wanted... I just put up stoneskin and spam StoneI and WaterI (Phalanx would negate the damage from these too lol). We've had the kiter get too far ahead and Fort started running the other way lol.

If I remember correctly, he doesn't reflect cures anymore. I remember he did the first time we fought him, but I tried again recently and he just kept running.
