Knowing I've never seen or heard of lovesickness lasting only one day, I'd say its a pretty good conclusion.

The best item I got from walking so far was a bag of tree cuttings. The worst was a pebble. From hot and cold game I got a parasite worm, a raxa, and chocolixir, screenshots on my LJ below.

Have the orichalcum ores been coming from regular digging, or Hot and Cold?

ori.ores come from normal digging, but only 2 every several hours at most with max digging. Here's an example of me digging 2 up in a row:

No matter who is the lucky person to dig them up (in rarer cases even less than A10 diggers can get one), you still can get a very limited amount a day, and with the 100 item restriction it's even harder.

They also come from digging with Bore in places you couldn't otherwise get them.

Ok, its been about 20-30+ days and I cant seem to get endurance past Outstanding. I've been making it deliver packages (like the chart says) and taking it on a long walk + competeing each day. Anyone have any idea why it hasnt gotten to firstclass yet? Its currency day 89, FC STR Outstanding END Poor dis/rec. and parent. I also feed vomps to it daily.

Did you feed it a salad?

No.

I didn't check it on Day 124, so when I came back on Day 125, I got the CS for both. My choco got lovesick on Day 124, and was over it on Day 125.

After day 80 or so the stats just stop going up.
You get a message about the chocobo having reached its peak, its stats will still go up 1 level at most from that point, and that's it.
If you want higher stats you'll have to start a new chocobo and get them higher before day 80something.

If that is the case, then maybe there is more to it, like there could be something preventing all chocobos or generation 1 chocobos from having more than 1 first class stat or something like that. But still there is no way for you to raise any stats anymore after that day 80something, so there's no point trying to continue for 30-40 more days.

Anyways Day 129/130 is the last day for your bird, with the VCS registration you can register your choco as your main bird and you can get it's choco card to breed that's about it.

Guess it's time to raise another bird ;\
