    It's quite simple >_>
    Ice = Zegham Carrot(mental)
    Earth = Vomp Carrot(physical)
    Water = Tokopekko (illness)
    Fire = Garidav (>_> for stomachache I think)
    and supposedly
    Light = Cupid Worm
    Dark = Parasite Worm

    all have a chance of giving you Sharug/Azouph/Gyshal greens from what I know :D

    Well actually different pots affect your crop. For example:

    you will not get Zergham carrots easily from any other pot other than ceramic/ice xstal for example you can of course grow them in Brass as well but you risk a Ghysal crop whilst in ceramic you simply risk Sharug Greens (which are still nice) and of course Wind xstals for any Ice crop. as far as i have seen they DO NOT grow in any other pots (Wooden/ Arcane not including. See below). Some people are fond believers of weekday but i do not see this affecting the crop as much as the pot itself does.
    For example Porcelain Flowerpot has a much higher chance of wielding Water Ores than any other pot that can also wield them (again i do not talk about arcane/wooden only have 1 arcane and 0 wooden)

    Worms have eluded me every single crop from every possible combination I have tried no worm (except little) in any pot since i started 1 month before the choco update. only pot i haven't tried is arcane since that one is reserved for Lighting ores. (P.S. i have 4 Gardening mules with a wide variety of pots and ghave been gardening every day for last 9 months)

    Managed to produce a crop of each food type, except for Cupid and Gregarious worms, using only the porcelain pots from my gardening mules. Parasite worms were a harder crop to produce, but overwhelming earth energy for Gardening moghancement helped.

    Psst, btw, watch your moonphases.

    First time I gardened I did it on 4 characters, 10 pots each. My total worm yield was 16. I think I got really lucky, because the second time my worm yield was complete shit, with 5 characters doing 10 pots each.

    The chocoguy was mentioning how a chocobo's temperament is determined when it is just a chick. Mine briefly had "an enigmatic personality, making it hard to know what the animal is thinking". This went away before Day 19 when it reached the juvenile stage.

    Does this mean my chocobo likely will remain personality-less, or is there a chance of getting "enigmatic" back again?

    I just had a stat increase on me within the same day. I checked my chocobo status, receptivity was poor. I did 1 regular walk, 1 happy story, and fed 1 veg. paste and then checked again to see how much more food I could feed it. Receptivity went up to substandard just from doing those a few seconds before, I imagine from the story, which I am guessing raises both mental stats.
    However at least now I know the stats can change within the same day (not just on the next day), and that one of those activities (the walk, food, or most likely the happy story) raises at least receptivity (and probably also discernment).

    Yes but did you use Ice xstals to produce Zegham carrots with Porc pots? I don't think Porc pots/ ice xstals yield zegham at all.

    yeah i've been harvesting as many parasite worms as possible off my mules. 4 mules 10 pots each. 1 dedicated to carrots, greens and toko. It is indeed dark crystal for parasite worms. I do have overwhelming earth on all my mules and max gardening moghancement as well.

    I'm seriously considering experimenting like this to find out hwo many "points" each upgrade is worth.

    I receive exceptional results(yield of 12-22 from a single plant) using porcelain pots on every crop with the exception of Parasite Worms. The Parasite Worm yields seem to be set lower(yield 4-6 from a plant). Porcelain pots can follow the standard recipe for all the crops: Water=Toko, Fire=Garid, etc etc; as this is the method I performed initial testing and now use for harvesting.

    Additionally, you'll notice that a strong gardening moghancement extends the growing period of your plants by 12-24 RL hours on wildgrass, but also produces better results. Inexperienced growers should track all their datapoints and they'll see for themselves the affect of each so they can modify their gardening practices.

    chances are they are mostly casual gardeners, without the gardening moghancement.

    I just harvested my earthen flowerpots today. I have moghancement gardening ever since I put the flowerpots in my house. I used 3 earthen flowerpots to start small. (I have only done this once before, lol)

    I got ice crystals, and 9 azouph greens. I fed fire crystals on the first opportunity. (I messed up and used the wrong crystals. ><)

    Bought 7 more pots so I've got ten now. Now I'm going to try a new crystal. Hoping for Vomp carrots.
