Odd Glitch

Hey BG, long time lurker and first time poster. I just had an odd experience in Promyvion-holla. I enter the zone, wait till my pt is ready to go then click on the Web of Recollections. When I do this Japanese characters load, and no clickable options appear. I don't run windower or any third party programs, and have already clearered promyvion dem yesterday. My question to you is what does this text say, and did anyone have a similar experience? SS thanks if you can help.

This thread fails to deliver in so many ways that I'm praying for another rollback.

That JP Text appears the same as the text I got when I was exploring Alzadaal Undersea Ruins or however its spelt before it got released.
Try just Rebooting next time.
Doesn't take 30 Mins to do any BCNM in the game except for the Airship Battle.
