Ok some more details for you.

When I started to talk about Kings they were telling me stuff will be done (soon) .

When I told em about almost the same system BRP did, all of em got open eyes... when I showed em the graphic... ONE OF THE FEW interesting parts of the Interview started.

The President wanted to have this Graphic so bad : P. Thanks again at this point to you BRP. I would have mentioned something like that, but not a graphic . Anyway more details to that later. I will sleep in 1.5 hours for 4 hours, then rush to work and start writing the Interview, I already got the shit burned on a CD and will write it at work for sure.

I dont wanna say more at this point, cause 80% if the answers are BAD.
20% of the answers are good. But its more then I expected.

Plus I got Mails ect from the Development Team itself now. And I will send them all 32!! Questions again via Email, and they will GIVE ME DETAILED ANSWERS THEN :D.

Also we worked something out, where I can send them once per week/month, not sure week/month yet, 10 questions to the Community People of SE and they will forward it to the Development Team or the Teams the questions are asked for.

Please be patient, I dont want to give the MP3s out yet, as much as I appreciate the help offers. I did some bad spellings in the Interview, also at some points Saori Hill was a bit quiet where it was hard to understand her so I want to use the Original from the Tape + the unconverted Files.

Is it hard for you to understand? Look at the example he gave, Kirin. Nobody fucking cares if you bring 1 SMN to Kirin to prove how "omg skilled" you are (longer kill time) or 10 and cut the time in half. Once you've done a certain fight a few times, you're going to bring a lot of the best damage for the mob.... why anything else?

SE's answer to people bringing a lot of the best jobs to fights was nerf the job one by one (although blm nerf isn't as bad as rng)

Even if SE decides to make changes based on the interview, you're looking at probably 3+ months before any of it gets put on the servers due to the coding and QA(lol) process. Since ToAU is obviously not done and theres other stuff not done like choco racing I wonder where they can squeeze it in their current schedule.

PS. I'm not getting my hopes too high. I wouldn't be surprised if this is only 1 step that needs to be taken to convince the devs they have some fixing to do. Either way, Bercus did very well, so I'm happy.
