My fucking Axe is a pet -_- lol..

First of all I'd like to make note that none of these tests were done with food, except the Tiger and Malbro types in which I was eatting attack food. All of the colibri's were non-food, non-dia, non-brd. The Tiger and Malbro's had Dia2, but no BRD, so there is still room for potential as BRD is a big dmg booster. Tomorrow I will be able to grab a BRD and confirm if the modifier is def DEX or not, as well I can produce results with Minuets hopefully. Oh yea, everything was done on BST/NIN-- I'll do more tests with /THF and /WAR in time, but I was just trying to enjoy the moment.

When I use Onslaught, the WS from Guttler, I'm granted an attack boost while the mob gets a decrease in accuracy. I'm uncertain exactly how much accuracy down it gives, but it doesn't seem like much because I would still get railed. Maybe wearing all that Armada/Adaman gear though had to do something with that though lol. As far as the attack boost goes, it is 10% exactly, or at least close. I had 437 base attack, I used Onslaught and I had 479 attack for a few seconds. The more TP (100/200/300), the longer the duration, damage from Onslaught does not change. When I had attack food on I had 519 attack, after Onslaught I had 571 attack (I guess it rounded up for some reason).

As far as Choke goes, it must give a good deal of -vit because I certaintly saw some dmg differences with it on. It rarely proc'd on Colibri's (gee I wonder why), but it proc'd a good deal on everything else. I'll have to test the actual HP/tic and -VIT down in a ballista sometime in the future. The Choke dot is pretty big, well maybe it's equal to Mandau's poison effect (I wouldn't doubt it), but my Dhalmel pet out in Western Alepa went from 28% to 22% in a minute or so with Guttler's proc'd Choke on it.

There's something very odd I kept running into. When I was testing on the tigers, the malbro, the tucans I was noticing an incredibly high number of intimidations. I thought I'd test it without Guttler on, and sure enough I intimidated shit, I think I only got the Malbro and Tiger once or so, I counted on the tucan without Guttler and recieved 0 intimidations. Now, this may be a complete, random, but strange fluke but I don't think I'll dismiss the possibility of a hidden Killer effect on this thing. It would make sense, ya? The proc on intimidations was just unreal.

Now, as far as damage goes with what I was using, I was happy with what I was seeing. Granted, nothing even close to what Lordwafik produces with that insane dagger, lol. A lot of things I didn't have that could really effect damage a lot anyways, but the damage wasn't bad at all, mediocre I'd say. My lowest was probably 690 or so, highest being near 1200.

I never could really produce numbers like that on BST unless the thing was 40+ levels below me or having a BRD in my pt. I'm satisfied with a number like that for a BST haha.

And finally, as far as the 3x damage numbers, I was impressed and happy (being a BST and it a 1 handed weapon). Especially with some of the numbers on Dia2'd+Attack Food mobs.

Hmm, I don't think I do actually, I thought I might have but I'm kinda satisfied with what I've seen so far and I'm sure I can certainly make the damage increase more. Next step is to take it on XP mobs and rebuy gear that I whored away for Guttler.

I want to thank everyone that made this possible, everyone that helped me down the road, and most thanks to you Astatine for helping me finally finish the last phase of my axe.

Hopefully SE can stop their parade of beating BST with the nerf stick on every major update, oh I can only pray and wish for that, haha. Bercus! Ask SE next time why sea is the biggest nerf of them all for BST, we aren't welcomed there ;

Off topic: rampage is only a truck for meripo or if you're extremely well fucking geared as a pimped out merited WAR/NIN on HNM (with a bard), and even then you're just likely to whiff hits on something like nidhogg or kirin.

He's geared for rampage and also onslaught can be sneak attacked for HEAVILY increased damage. Mercy stroke only seems omgawesome because its an endgame quality single hit ws + the bonuses THF just gets from SATA. A lot of the power behind it was in THF to begin with.

Rampage in itself is an overpowered WS, also Onslaught is very new, keftenk is using his rampage gear for onslaught, once keftenk finds out how to boost onslaught precisely, it will be great.
