As far as I know the only cop requirement is being able to enter A01.

There are a few strats that work on Ouryu. Pld or Nin tank, SC and MB, Avatar BP's, or just manaburn and sleep it. Make sure and have a few people devoted to the elemental adds.. they will start to resist sleep after 3-4 sleeps. Worms can be slept or charmed and work as decent mp batteries for aspir. Mistmelts can be used to take Ouryu out of flight to make the fight slightly easier. I also suggest ninja's gear themselves with -phys dmg, especially considering ouryu's complete resistance to slow and stun.

Bahamut is Nin or Pld/nin tanked, both want an HP setup to survive flares, (180 degree AOE high damage attack) which are stunnable, but will be used again when stun wears off. The typical setup is alot of blm's for damage on bahamut and quick kills on the wyrm summons. I would say around 8-12 Tier IV nukes kills one of the wyrms, but not 100% sure since i've always been nin for the BC. Flares go off once per 10% of bahamuts HP, and a Wyrm is summoned once per 20%. Flares get more powerful as his HP% goes down..

I can get into more specifics with both, but thats the basics...
