Pretty much. Speed belt being best for regular DD, and lolsash being best for NIN and (good) WAR/NIN.

But Koga can still be considered better than Swift belt. Really only preference IMO, +3 acc -5 atk vs. +4 eva, +4 magic acc. Personally I would use Koga Sarashi over Swift.

Poppable NM's (which require some moderately difficult item to pop) that don't have a 100% drop rate on their item is in the top 5 "worst SE ideas of all time." I would include pretty much all of the sea NM's in this category.

I'd really rather not get into a whole other lolsash only thread, but isn't this basically equivalent to saying, "Haubergeon +1 is best armor for BST, and Adaman Hauberk is is best armor for WAR and (good) DRKs."

Drop rate seems to be about 25-35% when you average out most people's experiences, perhaps a bit lower.

About 10/13 on DRK subligar with no DRK present though!
