Gil farmers are paid in real money to farm fake money for a company that sells it at a mark up to players. Sounds like the farmers are violating the ToS to me.

Farming gil =! breaking TOS. Gil being transferred to someone for real money = breaking TOS. So the farmers don't get banned unless they do something else- hacking, namely.

It's like busting someone for cashing their paycheck because you think they're going to use it to buy crack.

Farming gil != breaking ToS. However, these farmers are being paid IRL to give up their portion of the loot. They're being paid real money in return for fake money. As soon as they get compensated IRL for the loots that they helped farm, they are breaking ToS.

Like I said before, my ranger buddy has never used any type of third party programs and has never given out his password to anyone, comes on mosts days to only craft, run to an enm to run to work and do another enm a few hours later. If they're targetting people who do the above we're gonna have serious issues. One of the reasons they may have flagged his account was because he moves alot of money from the items they recieve from enms. And Thats a bullshit reason to ban or suspend an account.

Okay, I reviewed my "account information." I apologize for the misunderstanding, but it seems they gave me a grace period of free in June, charged me $7.49 in July, and then this August charged me $12.95. Seems they made use of the "We can change your rate at any time clause."

It doesn't work that way. If you pay someone for their time, and expect the items and gil they gathered during that time, you are actually purchasing the items and gil they gathered during that time. No amount of semantic wishywashery and lawyering will change that.

"Jump" up to that ledge. Climb mountain as you normally would.
