Ouryu Cometh Question.

Does anyone on Midgard still buy these Evoker's? I have one, we might try Ouryu someday, but we're not a mage heavy LS by any means...

You don't really need that many blms. 8 will do comfortably, but you can easily use less. Throw in some smns or corsairs, use nins or sams to deal with worms (instead of keeping them slept and nuking with blms after sleep/silence resists)

we've won in 40mins with 4 blms as the only damage on ouryu. rdm/bst are on wyrm duty and we have 2 nin/drk hold the eles which we aspir dry.

Melee help for speeding things up. My linkshell uses a bit of a mix of BLM and SAM to achieve best results. PLD/NIN tanks, etc. It's basically the same we fight our Tiamats, but it goes down much faster of course.

That's our best time so far, but we think we can push it down to twenty or less.

Full manaburn works pretty well too though.
