Well, and I dont know why, but I always pictured Joft wearing this - but you could always just buy one of those hideous red suits black guys wear and maybe it'd come with a red hat. Stick a feather in it and bam, you're a pimp as well as a warlock.

Edit: One time I saw a red hat at a arts and crafts store. (Hey, lay off the geek factor of it, arts/crafts stores are awesome, especially for halloween and all that). I stuck a feather in it and here's a pic of my bud shack wearin it:
